Where are your soaps made?
Our soaps are handcrafted in Arlington, Washington.

How long have you been making soap?
Brenda began making soap in 1993. That practical beginning grew into more than 30 years of soapmaking and teaching experience.

How should I store my soap?
Keep the bar dry between uses on a well-draining soap dish. Store unused bars in a cool, dry place away from standing water and prolonged direct sunlight.

Do you list product ingredients?
Review the ingredient list on each product page before use, especially if you have known sensitivities or allergies. Contact us with any ingredient questions.

When will my order ship?
In-stock orders are normally prepared for carrier pickup within 2–3 business days. Carrier transit time begins after the package is accepted.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $15 for orders below $50. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Not at this time.
